Exchange Policy
Please read the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for an exchange.
To qualify for an exchange:
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage

Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
If the size is inaccurate, we can exchange the item (or provide store credit if that size is sold out).
Kindly follow these steps:
- DM us on Instagram Or drop a whatsApp message quoting your order number, reason for the exchange and what size you’d like instead.
- Send the item back within 3 days of after order delivery at your cost.
- After Receiveing the item we will dispatch a new one (excluding original shipping costs)
Damaged or Faulty Item:
Although we do a complete quality check and make sure you enjoy your purchase, but things may get damaged during transit or due to excessive heat.
If you face such an issue then let us know instantly
- DM us on Instagram Or drop a whatsApp message quoting your order number alongwith picture of the damaged article.
- We will get it exchanged at our cost(including all replacement costs).
